§  What does Mechanical Engineering, in general, talk about?

Mechanical Engineering is a broad discipline of engineering that focuses on the design, analysis, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. It applies the principles of physics, materials science, and engineering to develop machines, tools, thermal systems, and devices used in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, energy, and construction. Mechanical engineers work to improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of mechanical systems in both industrial and everyday applications.

Mechanical Engineering Department of Debre Berhan University has been established in 2010 G.C, with the objective of responding to the need for rapid industrialization and the changing societal needs of the country for sustainable development.
