The Academic Vice Corporate Directorate is dedicated to cultivate highly skilled graduates through excellence in education, research, community engagement, and patient-centered care.

Strategic Commitments:

1.     Effective Leadership & Governance:

ü  Strengthen departmental and school councils to address university-wide activities and ensure accountability.

ü  Establish an inclusive academic commission that creates excellence, rationally evaluates activities, and makes effective decisions.

2.     Program & Institutional Accreditation:

ü  Foster a sense of ownership in program accreditation, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles.

ü  Improve laboratory infrastructure to create a safe and conducive environment for education and research.

3. Excellence in Education:

ü  Produce highly qualified and employable healthcare professionals, ensuring our programs are among the best.

ü  Improve student access to education, research, and development through digitalization.

ü  Increase student employability through career support and skill building

ü  Reorganize all academic procedures to be client-centered, efficient, and effective.

4. Academic Excellence in Research & Collaboration:

ü  Expand outcomes research and collaborative, interdisciplinary research initiatives.

ü  Develop a research infrastructure to support faculty in research proposal development, study design and

management, data analysis, funding identification, grant writing, and manuscript preparation.

5. Academic Excellence in Fostering Patient Care:

ü  Integrate governance, academic, and clinical services to align with the mission of targeting education, research, and patient care.

ü  Promote career tracks in an academic environment and develop integrated programs
