Activities of the Office
of the President
1. Planning, coordinating and directing
the activities of the office
a. Prepares
the office's plan; monitors its implementation; submits a performance report;
b. Coordinates
with the management bodies in the strategic planning process of the institution
to prepare the main activities and performance directions;
c. Monitors
that the annual plan of the office and the budget and resources required for
the implementation process are listed as part of the plan;
d. Identifies
problems in achieving the mission of the institution; provides appropriate
monitoring to ensure that they are resolved;
e. Jointly
evaluates the implementation of plans and programs and the overall budget
utilization,
f. Prepares
a human resource development plan for the office under his/her management,
ensuring that the prerequisites, budget and work resources are met to increase
the capacity of internal implementing bodies;
g. Monitors
the timely submission of plans and reports submitted to superior bodies and
various Executive Offices and Directorates regarding the office;
h. Evaluates
the performance of professionals in each phase; Submits comprehensive
evaluation reports,
i. Provides
appropriate leadership to create a sense of teamwork and initiative in the work
area and to ensure its sustainability,
j. Ensures
that various documents available in the work area are properly organized for
service delivery,

Monitoring
the implementation of issues decided by the administrative council,
a. Identifying
issues that require a decision by the senior management in terms of the law and
the duties and responsibilities assigned to the office and submitting them with
evidence; monitoring their implementation, and presenting the results to the
management,
b. Responding
to issues sent to the senior management from work areas, from responsible
institutions, and from outside, and presenting those that require a responsible
decision to the senior management,
c. Advising
the senior management on activities and administrative issues carried out in
supporting work areas; providing notes to ensure that they are implemented in
accordance with policy and legal issues,
d. Monitoring
the implementation of letters and various issues directed by the senior
management to various work units in accordance with the delegation given.
e.
Ensuring
that letters, circulars, and instructions from the office are distributed to
the relevant stakeholders.
f. Prepares
and executes protocol agreements between the board and other stakeholders in
collaboration with relevant bodies;
g. Prepares
and submits the program for management meetings; ensures that the forums are
held according to the set schedule; monitors the implementation of decisions
and directions;
h. Prepares
and distributes agendas for meetings convened by the senior management; keeps
or has minutes of meetings; prepares the minutes in a checklist and sends them
to the working groups and relevant bodies.
i. Ensures
that the information and statements required for national and international
meetings attended by the senior management are consolidated and submitted in
collaboration with relevant bodies

Support
the strengthening of the organizations of the work sectors and responsible
institutions,
a. Works
together with the relevant bodies to ensure that the work sectors, responsible
institutions and the federal plan are prepared, implemented in a manner that is
consistent with the effectiveness of the implementation,
b. Liaises
with relevant internal and external bodies to ensure the effectiveness of the
mission of the institution, supports, and designs new working methods in
consultation,
c. Ensures
institutional effectiveness by ensuring coordinated resource utilization and
work flow between work units, monitoring and supporting,
d.
Evaluates the laws, policies, programs and
plans issued by the responsible institutions, identifies problems and proposes
solutions,
e.
Collects and disseminates best
practices that are based on continental and international experiences and
existing realities in order to improve
the organization and operating system, and adapts them to existing conditions.
