Vice Dean, Students affairs

The Office of Student Affairs serves as a vital administrative unit dedicated to managing and overseeing the essential non-academic services that directly support the students' welfare and daily life on campus.

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this office is the comprehensive management and oversight of three critical student service areas:

  1. Students' Cafeteria: Ensuring the provision of timely, quality, and hygienic food services to the student population.
  2. Dormitory: Managing all aspects of student housing, including allocation, maintenance, and adherence to residential policies.
  3. Clinic: Overseeing the operations of the campus health clinic to ensure students have access to necessary basic medical services and health support.

To effectively execute these responsibilities, the Office of Student Affairs coordinates the work of the following three specialized teams:

  • Students Dormitory Service Team: This team is responsible for the direct administration of student residential halls, handling issues such as room assignments, key management, facility inspections, and enforcing dormitory regulations to maintain a safe and conducive living environment.
  • Students' Cafeteria Service Team: This team manages the food service operations, including menu planning, food quality control, sanitation standards, and the overall efficiency of meal delivery to all eligible students.
  • Students Clinic Service Team: This team is responsible for the daily operation of the campus clinic, ensuring that medical personnel and supplies are available to provide immediate and appropriate healthcare services to students.
